This policy explains what data is processed when you open the nemedistudio.online website (the "Website"): the studio home page, the game download page, the legal documents and the account deletion page. The data processed by the mobile game Hourloop itself is covered by a separate game privacy policy.

The Website does not ask you to register and has no forms where you would type a name, email or phone number. Visitor data is collected by two services:
nemedistudio.online/download/. It keeps visit and click statistics for the page. To do this, Metrica sets cookies in your browser (section 3);Fonts and images of the pages are served from our own domain: no third-party font services are used. The Website does not accept payment data.

Which store button is shown first on the download page is chosen in your browser from its User-Agent. We do not save or send this information ourselves; Yandex Metrica receives browser information as part of its normal operation.
Yandex Metrica is a Yandex statistics service. The counter is installed only on the download page. Click map, outbound link tracking and accurate bounce rate are turned on. The "Webvisor" tool, which records visits, is not used on the Website. We look at summary figures and do not try to find out who you are.
Metrica sets cookies: a visitor identifier and service values for the counter to work. Yandex processes this data under its own policy — links in section 5.
Data is not sold. It is received only by the services named in this policy, and each processes it under its own policy:

In addition, data may be disclosed if required by law or by a justified request from an authorized government body.
The developer does not keep its own database of Website visitors. Data from Metrica and the host is kept by those companies for the periods set in their policies, and the developer does not control those periods. Emails are kept in the studio mailbox for as long as needed to reply and to give further support; we will delete them at your request.
You can find out what information about you we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw a consent you gave earlier, by writing to nemedistudio@gmail.com. Data processed by Yandex, Google and GitHub is requested from them directly — the procedure is described in their policies. You may also complain to your data protection authority or to a court.
To delete a game account and the data on the game server, use the separate account deletion page.
If the set of services on the Website changes, the policy is updated and the date at the top is changed. The current version is always available at this address.
