These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Hourloop: Auto-Roguelike (the "Game").

By using the Game you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Game and uninstall it from your device. The latest version is always available at this address.
The Game is distributed free of charge via official application stores and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of online services or continuous compatibility across all devices, but makes reasonable efforts to maintain stability and resolve defects.
The Game — its code, graphics, music, texts, names and logos — belongs to NeMedi or is used on a lawful basis; all rights are reserved. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Game on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes for as long as you comply with these Terms.
Without our written consent you may not copy or distribute the Game, modify it, decompile it or extract files from it (except where the law expressly allows it), use its materials commercially, or present them as your own. The Game uses third-party components, including the Godot game engine, under the terms of their own licences; the engine licence text is shown in the licences section of the game settings.
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not ask for a date of birth and do not verify age. If you are under 14, you may use the Game and link a VK ID or an email to it only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If your country requires a higher age for you to consent to online data processing on your own (in EU countries and the United Kingdom — between 13 and 16), that age applies. The Game does not require personal registration: where online features are active, the Game automatically creates a guest account with a random Player ID. You may voluntarily link your account to a VK ID (in the AppGallery and RuStore versions) or an email address in the "Account" window (the menu button on the game's main screen → "Account") to safeguard progress and transfer in-game assets to another device. Only one VK ID and one email address may be linked to a single account. Logging into a linked account on another device disconnects the previous device from this account, initiating a new guest profile.
All in-game virtual assets (including chronites, winding keys, gilded keys, equipment items, and character progress) exist solely as gameplay elements. They hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, sold, or transferred to other players.
Chronites are earned by playing the Game and by watching videos, within daily limits; there are currently no in-game purchases for real money in the Game. Banner items drop at random, and the chances are shown in the game, in the "Odds" window.
The Game shows a video ad only when you tap the button to watch a video for a reward. Ads are shown by third-party advertising systems (which ones — see the Privacy Policy); we are not responsible for the content of ads or of the websites they lead to. You can change your consent to personalized ads in the game settings at any time.
You may not modify the Game's executable code or save files, circumvent server-side validation, automate network requests (using bots, macros, or scripts), exploit technical vulnerabilities, sell, buy or transfer accounts and in-game assets, or try to gain access to another person's account.
If violations are detected, suspicious run results may be invalidated, in-game asset balances may be adjusted, and the violator's access to the Game's server features may be restricted or ended.
The Game is free and is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect losses or lost profit; for loss of game progress if it is not saved in an account and the Game is uninstalled, the phone is lost or you reset the progress; for failures of app stores, VK ID, email and advertising services and other third parties; or for the content of ads and third-party websites. These Terms do not limit the rights that consumer protection law and other mandatory rules of the country where you live give you.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation; mandatory rules of the country where you live that give you more protection remain in force. If you have a complaint, please write to support first: most questions are resolved without going to court. Disputes that cannot be resolved are heard in the manner provided by law.
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling the application from your device. To permanently delete your account data from the game server, follow the instructions on the account deletion page. We may change the Game or stop running it; we will try to warn you in advance before ending server features.
The collection and processing of technical data, analytics, advertising identifiers, and account linking data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms as Game functionality evolves. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated revision date; by continuing to use the Game after an update you accept the new version.
